We collect your name, contact details, and booking preferences solely for the purpose of managing your apartment reservations. This information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties, unless required by law.

2. Booking Terms

• All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Members must check availability before confirming a booking.

• Booked dates may only be changed once during the 12-month period.

• Unused nights do not carry over into the next year.

• Nights can be used consecutively or split into separate stays.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Monthly payments form part of a stokvel-style plan and are non-refundable.

• Full payment grants the member 10 nights’ stay in the apartment during the agreed period.

4. Liability & Damages

Members are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Holiday Stokvel is not liable for loss, theft, or injury occurring during the stay.

5. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data and ensure that your booking information remains safe.
